RETURN POLICY - VULVARNÉS

For Vulvarnés our customers come first, that is why we take care of them and aim to provide them with the best purchasing and after-sales experience. In this sense, our returns policy aims to guide you if there is an error in shipping or if the product is defective.

  • The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to make an exchange or refund.
  • Exchanges or returns of products used and opened are not accepted in accordance with the provisions of the law regarding items related to health and intimate hygiene.
  • Products must be returned in the same conditions in which they were received, in their packaging and with the original labeling.
  • Shipping costs resulting from exchanges or returns will be borne by the customer, except for the purchase of defective items. In this case, the expenses are borne by Vulvarnés

The undersigned, in his capacity as a Vulvarnés Customer in accordance with current legislation and through this document, exercises the right of withdrawal in relation to the product/s referred to above.

By virtue of the above, the Client proceeds to return the reference product/s, at his/her expense, to the address indicated above, and accepts that the refund of the amount paid on the day, without interest, to the account number current indicated above within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of this document.
